Steve Weil
Steve Weil is the owner of Charleston Commercial Interiors and Owner / VP of Southern Lady Bedding & Window Coverings. He grew up in Mount Pleasant and Isle of Palms, graduated from Porter Gaud in 1984, and attended Clemson University. He still lives in Mount Pleasant, with his wife Michell, and three sons: Morton (12), Andrew (9), and Jack (5).
Steve was hired by Weils Mattress Contract in 1993 and succeeded in hospitality sales. He was additionally hired by American of Martinsville, Philips TV, and Fabtex bedding and window covering lines in the late 90s for the SC territory, and started Southern Lady Hotel Furnishings and Design in 2003. In October of 2009, he brought all of the manufacturing of bedding and window coverings into the Southern Lady plant in Charleston. |

Michell Weil
Michell Weil has been with Charleston Commercial Interiors since the company was created in 2003. She is responsible for the accounts receivables and payables along with providing customer service to the sales team and customers. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Tourism and Restaurant Administration. After graduation, she worked with a local hotel in sales and marketing and was in charge of acquiring large groups to book conferences. She then moved to the cellular industry and held positions in sales, accounting and customer service. While she and Steve are very busy with three active boys, ages 12, 9 and 5, she enjoys the excitement of our growing company.

Charlotte Dennis
Charlotte has worked with Charleston Commercial Interiors since 2004 . Specializing in room refurbishments for many leading local hotels, she has also completed full FF&E packages for hospitality clients. Charlotte has also had many commercial and medical clients, including The Medical University of South Carolina.
She has previous experience in her family’s property development and interior design company. She is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a degree in Art and Architectural History.
Charlotte has lived in the Charleston area since 1983 and currently resides in Mount Pleasant with her family.

Beth Tate
Beth Cauthen Tate is one of the newer members of our team, but her roots in the Lowcountry go deep. She graduated from the College or Charleston and her family still lives in Mount Pleasant. Beth also achieved a second degree in Interior Design from Georgia State University, where she graduated magna cum laude. Though she practiced in metro Atlanta for a number of years, she is very happy to have returned to the Charleston area. She has a diverse design background, including residential, commercial, and hospitality design; model home staging and finishes; promotional materials; drafting and autoCAD; and window treatments. Beth is the Hunter Douglas specialist for Charleston Commercial Interiors, as well as the Sales and Design professional, is an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and is the proud mom of Sam, age 21 and Grace, age 18.

Wendy Arnsdorff
A native of Clinton, SC, Wendy graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management and handles Marketing/Product Development for Charleston Commercial Interiors. Recruited and trained by Marriott Hotels, Wendy relocated to the Charleston area in 1986 to join the Charleston Marriott's management team for 6 years then worked to reopen Wild Dunes Resort and Conference Center after its destruction by Hurricane Hugo. Her areas of expertise include Event Planning, Catering, Sales and Marketing, Conference Planning, Public Relations, and Golf Packaging. Marrying a local Chiropractor, Wendy moved on to manage their busy chiropractic office for over 10 years. She and her husband of 20 years, Marvin, and daughter, Taylor, currently reside in Mount Pleasant.

Darrell Westmoreland
Darrell Westmoreland is regional accounts manager in the Grand Strand Area for Southern Lady Bedding & Window Coverings and also for Charleston Commercial Interiors. He has been in sales related positions his entire working career. He was with Carpenter Co. for 40 years in sales related positions, the last 22 years was providing urethane foam products to mattress manufacturing companies in the Southeast United States. Darrell was born and lived in North Carolina until retirement, then moving to Surfside Beach in 1998. He still lives in Surfside Beach with his wife Patricia. Between them they have 5 kids and 13 grandkids. He enjoys sports, is active in golf, and enjoys sales for the pleasure of making things happen. |
